What is Kingstone's return & refund policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@kingstonepharms.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Kingstone Pharms accepts returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
What is THCA and is it Legal
THCA is the non-psychoactive form of THC found naturally in raw cannabis. When heated (smoked, vaped or cooked) is converts into THC and produces traditional effects. This allows THCA flower to remain federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill.

Are Kingstone products lab tested?
Yes. All flower, concentrates and edibles are third party lab tested for purity, potency and safety. COAs (Certificates of Analysis) are available upon request and posted in product descriptions.
Can i pick up my online order in store or changed to delivery?
Yes, you can switch your order to in store pickup or delivery as long as the product has not been shipped yet. Just reach out to our customer support team immediately and we’ll update the order for you. Your order must be in stock at store locations and deliveries must be local and fallow delivery guidelines.
If you already know you want in store pickup at the time of ordering, please add this request in the order notes during checkout. This helps us prepare your order correctly and prevents it from being shipped.
Do you ship nationwide?
We ship THCA products to all states where it is legal under federal and local laws. Some states have additional restrictions, so certain items may not be available for shipping. Refunds will be issued to customers in restricted locations and will be contacted by a customer support agent.
